We reserve the right to cancel a course at any time subject to repayment of the fees received in respect of the course or to the part of the course that has been cancelled.
We will refund fees paid for cancellations made 4 weeks or more prior to the course start date. We regret that we are unable to refund fees under any circumstances for any cancellations made less than four weeks prior to the start of the course, unless it is within seven days of your booking.
You have the right to cancel the booking and have all monies refunded to you during the seven days following payment for the course. This cancellation needs to be made in writing. If you start the course during the seven days following payment, the right to cancellation is lost.
