This is a hugely practical book and an invaluable reference tool for anyone running a household. It’s not your usual coffee table book, indeed it has no pictures at all(!) but if you want to know about laundering curtains, servicing an Aga or employing an au-pair, this is your book. We think it is a great book to have in your collection to answer all those questions that defeat friends, colleagues and sometimes the professionals.
